Sexual Assault Centre of Edmonton
In 1975, the Sexual Assault Centre of Edmonton (SACE) was incorporated as a not-for-profit society. SACE supports children, youth, and adults of any age, gender, background, and sexual orientation, who have been impacted by sexual violence. SACE offers counselling services, both individual and group, free of charge. They also provide crisis support, court support, and advocacy. They also engage with the community to educate the public about consent, for the purpose of preventing sexual violence.
Monday Mood Designs
Monday Mood Designs is a local small business established in 2020. This YEG business designs and sells stickers that in efforts to connect the community through relatable “moods.”
Value Village
Since 1954, Value Village has been committed to creating a better world, protecting the planet through thrifting. Value Village runs one of the most robust recycling and upcycling programs in the world, and locations are spread out globally. They receive a significant amount of inventory every day, and they see the value in each item that they receive. They are an industry leader in textile reuse and recycling, with over 90 percent of all clothing items purchased diverted from disposal annually. Value Village has consistently partnered and suported local charitable organizations.
